At Nuvama, your satisfaction means the world to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Tags must still be attached, and the item should be free from stains, odors, or damage.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear during breastfeeding cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nuvama.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We’ll hold your replacement item until we receive your return.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
